To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

- Proof of purchase must be provided (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice).

- No Returns on online digital courses after beginning to learn.

- No Returns on in-person trainings

- No Returns on sterile items

- No Returns on any kit

If these conditions are met, we will process your refund within [14] business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus the shipping fees and 15% restocking fee.

Please note that the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you believe you received a damaged product DM a video to @irynatkachuk.pm on Instagram showing your damaged product along with your order number, and we will handle your case. If you don't have Instagram, email it to us at irina_tkachuk@icloud.com.

For our international customers, please note that when placing an order, you are responsible for any additional customs fees or duties that may be imposed by your country's customs office. These fees are separate from the shipping charges and are beyond our control. If any customs fees arise after your package has been shipped, you will be solely responsible for covering these costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine the potential fees before placing your order. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for packages that are held or refused due to unpaid customs fees.
